Founded in 2002 BELLA has been at the forefront of the changing face of fashion by introducing the industry to a more holistic and healthy approach to model representation. At BELLA we care about and manage each model, artist and client as an individual with goals that are unique. The director – Chelsea Bonner

As the daughter of top Australian model Nola Clark and well known actor Tony Bonner, Chelsea was born into the Australian entertainment industry. Starting her career as a junior agent when she was a teenager, Chelsea went on to work at a top model agency in Melbourne before managing creative agencies in Melbourne and Sydney. Chelsea launched and guided the careers of some of our most well-known fashion and advertising photographers, hair and makeup artists and stylists throughout the 90’s.

Combining all her experience as an agent Chelsea founded BELLA models in 2002, a model agency focused on health and changing the perception of beauty, with the goal of redefining the boundaries of fashion models. BELLA is now know all over the world and her models have appeared on ‘World First’ covers and main fashion editorials of Sports Illustrated, Vogue, ELLE, Cosmopolitan and Marie Claire to name but a few.

Following this success Chelsea launched the talent division in 2013 after demand from clients who wanted to be involved in the holistic approach to model representation that her team are passionate about. Representing young actors, fitness and advertising talent for some of the most successful campaigns of the past 2 years. Print campaigns for Qantas, Up & Go, St George bank, and Pullman’s resorts as well as featured roles in national television commercials for Target, Hungry Jacks, NRMA and Toyota.

Casting Resource Consultant - Katherine Taylor

Originally from the UK Katherine started as a Talent booker with The Stagecoach Theatre Arts Agency in London before moving on to take up the position of Talent manager for Simon & How Associates also located in London. During this time Katherine cast some of the biggest west end shows of the decade including Oliver, The Sound of Music and The Lion King as well as countless TV commercials and TV series throughout the UK and Europe. Katherine moved to Australia in 2013 and quickly became the head of BELLA’s talent division.

Model manager – Kerrie Press-May

With an impeccable career that has seen Kerrie develop and manage some of the most well-known fashion models over the past 20 years, Kerrie is highly regarded for her ability to identify and cultivate up and coming models. During her career Kerrie has worked across high profile campaigns too numerous to count, booking fashion features and covers for magazines such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, Cosmopolitan. Campaigns for Camilla and Marc, Kirrily Johnston, Collette Dinnigan and Jayson Brunsdon and runway for Chanel, Dior and all the major fashion week events. Kerrie is the Manager of the BELLA Women’s and Men’s fashion boards.
